‘Athlete Program’, we focus on enhancing performance.
This program includes all the 8 basic movement patterns. The purpose behind this program is to strengthen the foundation.
The program is made for advanced athletes
For every exercise there is a tutorial video on my YouTube page: @kevinsmethod.
By doing this you can be sure of how to perform any exercise and prevent injuries or wrong use of muscles. I highly recommend taking a look at my channel before starting.
Over the next 12 weeks, you’ll follow a training program designed to help you reach your fitness goals while feeling your best.
Training three times a week, you’ll combine strength & conditioning workouts to perform at your peak.
